What Does ‘Holding the Space’ Really Mean?
In a world on permanent broadcast, as coaches, we offer a safe, quiet space to be, to be heard and to be understood and it is a rare and precious gift. Holding the Space means, as the coach, you are totally present with a client. We still our minds, do not get attached to what is being said (we don’t absorb misery or drama) and we laser listen with our hearts.
Why Being Truly Heard Creates Lasting Change
We are non-judgmental, we don’t interrupt or give advice and never underestimate the power of being heard and understood.
Holding the Space is a place of solace and it is a vehicle of deep healing. Truly listening is an act of love.
