Life Coaching Packages

1. 1. One to One Telephone Coaching

   The most popular option. Consists of a 45-60 minute long telephone session with ongoing free email support coaching between calls. Recommended at least 2-3 per month initially. Probably the most effective and convenient way to make lasting changes in your life.

   We discuss and set goals, devise a strategy for getting there and find out what is currently holding you back. It all happens from that point on.

   Cost per one-hour session: £70.

2. 2. Face-To-Face Coaching

   The same coaching content as the telephone package except we meet in person at an agreed venue and devise goals and a strategy for getting what you want. This suits the city dweller who prefers personal contact and to put a face to a voice.

   Cost per one-hour session (London only): £100.

3. 3. Fast Track Life Coaching

   Three goal-driven 30 minute telephone coaching sessions per month. Ideal for the time poor and the already focused. Real rocket fuel for those who want to work fast results and are prepared to put in the work.

   Cost per month (3 x 30 minute sessions): £100

4. 4. Email Package

   One 30 minute telephone session followed by email coaching - three days per week for a fortnight - providing coaching with customised personal development tools. Ideal for those on a budget or who are overseas.

   Cost per package: £50
