What’s your brain getting up to right now? Is it making endless to-do lists, worrying about what other folk are thinking or doing a guilt trip to miseryville? Maybe you’ve got a Butterfly Brain? So little time, so many choices you flit and land on ideas like Darcy Bussell with chilblains. Hop, skip and ouch! - move on. Take a year out travelling or go for promotion? Have a baby or rescue dolphins in South Africa? Atari or Xbox? Responsibility? Never.

You So Don’t Want What She Ordered – Or how to overcome the green-eyed monster

You know how it is – you’re sitting on the commute or in the office and in walks someone who is living your life – but only better.  There they are slimmer, richer, happier, you groan.  Just look at them - (your eyes flash green death rays) - probably haven’t a care in the world with their perfect hair and Tippex teeth.   You bet they walk on water while you run on alcohol – your eyes narrow.

some 'magical thinking'
